Their presentation is entitled: Content overload - are we force-feeding our customers? The focus of the presentation is on the evolution of content in our world. Content used to be the way for brands to cut through the clutter, now content has become the clutter. Content marketing has turned ski areas into media producers and curators of just about everyone else’s. Guests face an ever increasing challenge in deciding what's truly important or relevant to them and this session will explore how resort marketers can adapt to meet guests’ changing needs and expectations.
